| We are getting close to the (awesome) upgrade! Phreadom has given me the green light to put up the yellow light. Everything but the Gallery will be backed-up from now. Please save your new gallery images for after the move.--Thanks! |
I'd like to work on it, but need some opinions first.

These are an example of some of the banners I've done for the new website I'm working on, to give you an idea of my level of design ability.
I have some questions that I would like some help with; Is the bonsai tree logo an official one? Is there a higher resolution copy of it available etc? Is the font not open for changes?
I'd like to have a crack at doing a new header design for the site, but I'd like some feedback from you guys/gals first. :)
(I might just have a crack at it anyway... but I figure it doesn't hurt to get some feedback first before I get too carried away. Thanks!)

Phreadom, you are very
Phreadom, you are very modest. Your site is very stylish and your program is something I use every time I study Japanese. Thank you and I hope you will continue the work on your site soon. Based on what I can see now, your site will be damn near perfect.
Thank you! I just hope we
Thank you! I just hope we can live up to the expectations! :)
I'm sorry I missed this!
I'm sorry I missed this! I've had my head in the forum themeing stuff... Your site has a nice clean and easy to use feel.

Not official and anything is up for grabs. The whole top needs to be changed. You can see the lines where one graphic ends and another begins. There are currently three graphics:
1) the 'logo' to the left
2) the Japan map to the right
3) the background that repeats when stretched.
I like fixed width websites, but I think TJP has too much stuff going on and needs the extra elbow room of a 100% variable width.
