Hello everyone!

I just added a new video to the site, it's on Japanese colors!
Right now I just have the standard colors red-purple but I plan on putting a lot of other colors too.

Your example sentence for this week:

好きな色は何ですか。
Sukina iro wa nan desu ka?
What is your favorite color?

Here's a break down:

"Sukina" means "Like" or "Favorite"

"Iro" mean "Color"

"Wa" is a topic marker.

"Nan" is short for "Nani" which means "What"

"Desu" is a copla. It's sorta like a 'to-be' verb added to the end to make the sentance polite.

"Ka" Is added to the end of the sentance to make it a question.
