Vocabulary Lists

One easy way to gain a large vocabulary quickly is to learn words that are somehow related to each other and then use them all in a real life situation. Here, we will look at words that are used in various situations.
BEGINNERS:
- Greetings - a dozen or so ESSENTIAL everyday words
- Around the House Words - A bunch of words found around the house. With flash and sound files
- Days of the Week - About their kanji
- Colors - with video and sound files
- Set Phrases - phrases used very often
- Animals! - 60 + animal names
- Animal Sounds - The sounds Japanese animals make
- At the Post Office - Words, phrases, and info
- Useful Verbs - A short list of very useful verbs
- Useful Adjectives - A short list of very useful Adjectives
- Snow Words - A short list of words related to snow
- How to Count - Introduction to the world of numbers in Japanese
UPPER BEGINNER - INTERMEDIATES:
- 幕末 - Words dealing with the end of the Edo Period
- Many Verbs - A list of 450 verbs
- Many Nouns - A list of 99 nouns
- Many Adjectives - A list of 135 adjectives
- Many Animals - A list of 97 animals
- Countries in Kanji - Many countries with their kanji
- Many Pronouns - A list of many I's and You's
