趣味は何ですか？ shumi wa nan desu ka? What is your hobby?
趣味 shumi means 'hobby' and the wa makes it the main topic.
何ですか？ nan desu ka? What is it?
趣味はカラオケです。 shumi wa karaoke desu. My hobby is karaoke
Notice the 'my' is understood in the context.
