一石二鳥

Actually, 一石二鳥 is pronounced いっせきにちょう (isseki nichou).

一期一会 (いちごいちえ) means "a once-in-a-lifetime encounter."

一石二鳥 / 悪因悪果

一石二鳥 - いちご いちえ - ichigo ichie

Killing two birds with one stone.
Literally: one stone, two birds.
(this is elsewhere on the site, but i thought it could go here too).

悪因悪果 - あくいん あっか - akuin akka

Evil intentions cause evil results; Seeds of evil yield evil crops. Literally: Root of evil, evil results.
Notes: 悪 (あく/aku) is a combination of 亜 (あ/a), meaning "sub-," and 心 (こころ/kokoro), meaning "heart." Someone who is evil has no heart.

千軍万馬

千軍万馬 【せんぐんばんば】 (having experienced) many battles

一刀両断

いっとうりょうだん
I think it means one hit kill.
It's on chibi Cloud's sword.

here is another: 一生懸命 (いっしょうけんめい)
means to try very hard at something. i've actually seen this one used quite a bit. ex: 一生懸命勉強する (Studying hard)

Re: 一刀両断

Close, 一刀両断 means literally "Cutting in two with a single stroke" and then you can extend its meaning to "acting with resolution or determination, taking drastic action," etc.
