Upon completing the Hiragana PDF eBook, I thought I should have some sort of download manager program to manage the downloads. I found one here for WordPress. After struggling with the database (my server is still MySQL v4 and required a little extra code to get it to work), it is up and running.
Behold the brand-spanking-new Downloads Page!
Please download the Hiragana PDF and let me know what you think!
Sharing is caring!
Level up your Japanese!
It's exactly what I've been looking for. I STRONGLY recommend your blog to to my friends. I visit your blog often because it's very informative and am loving it. thanks a lot.
Wow! Thanks for the great advice.
I’ve got to run, but I will do all that as soon as I get back.
Thanks for looking over it.
Nicely done! I think I’ll post a link for that PDF on my blog (obviously linked to your site) so some friends can start reading your blog and practicing some hiragana!
As for the downloads, all 3 worked just fine… but I think that the link on the main page is not so visible. The “FREE” part might confuse people and make them think it’s advertisement :S
Maybe using the same style that the other section links have (like Categories, Blog Rush, Top Commentators!, Search, etc.) might help on this, and also, you could have a list with links to the top downloads as part of it, right there in the sidebar… but I’m just talking out of my head here :$
As a side note, on the PDF, you’ll notice that せ’s first stroke’s drawing has the wrong color (it should be red). I just thought I should tell you 😉
Keep up the good work Clay!
