ABOUT:
いつ means "when" or "how soon." It is almost always written in kana because the kanji, 何時, can also be read なんじ (what time?).

-> いつまで、アメリカにいますか？ How long will you be in the States?
■ いつまでも forever; for good; indefinitely
-> いつまでも、愛しています。 I will love you forever.
■ いつか someday; sometime; one day
-> いつか、日本に行きたいです。 I want to go to Japan one day.
■ いつの間にか before you know it
-> いつの間にか、お金持ちになりました。 Before I knew it, I became rich.
■ いつごろ about when; how soon
-> いつごろ、パーティーにきますか？ About when will you come to the party?
