MEANING: to play [asobu]

EXAMPLE SENTENCE:

よく学び、よく遊べ。

よくまなび、よくあそべ。
Study hard and play hard. (yoku manabi, yoku asobe.)

NOTES:
[well or hard; study or learn; play; well or hard]

VOCABULARY:
よくhard(as in try hard), well
学び【まなび】 to learn, to study(it has broader meaning more than school study )
遊べ【あそべ】to play (order form of あそぶ, not a very polite form since this is a proverb)
